Placing a Custom Gear Order Here’s how it works:

Log in to the Avail App to start a new project or manage existing ones. o Avail can source almost any item or brand (that allows customization), match your budget, and meet tight deadlines. o You are responsible for providing them with enough information to begin your order, including what item you’re looking for, budget, shipping needs, and delivery timeline.

Avail will follow up through the Avail App with proofs, questions, and next steps.

You receive artwork and estimates and approve if correct (or decline if changes are needed)

Once approved, Avail will create your gear and send you an invoice for payment.

Your branded gear is shipped to your desired location.

Custom Orders FAQ
I don’t have a specific item in mind. Can I browse a catalog?
Answer: We do not—instead, we take your item inspiration and details regarding your needs and craft a custom suite of options. Avail will send you personalized recommendations in the Avail App with pricing for inventory that is available at that point in time, in the quantities you hope to purchase. This means that you should be as descriptive as possible when requesting items— Provide details like the type of item, color, size, and budget. Pull inspiration from the internet (Google is your BFF). Avail will share a custom proposal with current inventory and pricing. Note that stock is secured at the time of order, so act quickly!
Can I order just one custom-branded item?
Answer: Yes, for certain items. Ask Avail via the Avail App by placing a new order. Or check out the Gear Store to see if we already have an item!
What is a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Answer: All items ordered through Avail have a minimum quantity required to place the order. MOQs depend on the item. For example, polos may require a minimum of 6, while tumblers might require 24. Some items, like North Face caps, can be ordered individually. ! Our Avail Representative will be able to consult on MOQs for your particular order.
Can I brand items with my DBA logo?
Answer: Yes! Let Avail know in your request and provide a high-resolution vector file of your DBA logo.
Can I ship custom orders to multiple locations?
Answer: Yes! Avail can accommodate split shipments. You’ll need to submit a split-ship form via the Avail App.
I want my team to choose from multiple gear options. Can that be arranged?
Answer: Yes! Contact Avail to explore the best solution for your team’s needs.
Can I request custom packaging?
Answer: Yes! Reach out to Avail via the Avail App to learn about custom packaging options.
Do apparel items come in men’s and women’s cuts? Are there separate MOQs?
Answer: Some items offer both men’s and women’s sizes, and they often count toward the same MOQ. However, this may vary by supplier, so mention your needs early to avoid delays.
